This was my second time speaking with Emma as I previously chatted with her during the pandemic after discovering her brilliant book The Perimenopause Solution. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it as it was a game changer in helping me understand the early symptoms and what to expect as I move further into my own journey. However this time we discussed Emma’s new book The 30g Plan and what inspired her to create what is an absolutely brilliant resource for anyone wanting to understand midlife nutrition and how we can feel energised and confident as we journey through perimenopause and menopause.
