The Capsule Peri Meno Meet Up took place at the Leeds Marriott hotel and featured guest speakers, Dr Lindsey Thomas, Diane Danzebrink, Kate Rowe-Ham, Pamela Windle, Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, Robert Eaton, Anna Mewes and Lauren Rippin.

The event focussed on raising awareness and highlighting the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
